The group meets fortnightly on Tuesdays, 10:30am to 12:00noon at Group Leader's home.

A fair knowledge of German (not necessarily grammatically correct) is desirable, such as you might use for just making yourself understood, although of course a better standard would be nice.

Our time is normally spent in conversation about personal experiences, e.g. holidays, local and other events, anything really - even though we sometimes watch or listen to recordings of German TV programmes or language lessons, or take turns at reading and translating portions of German articles.

There may ocasionally be an opportunity to attend this as a new member. Please always phone in advance.
