This group will run along very similar lines to the one before. It is a group for those who love reading or writing poetry - or both. Each month a theme will be set and members are encouraged to suggest one. Those who write can bring one or two to read aloud or you can simply source some from an established poet - or both! In addition, we may set up a Poet of the Month where we can research a given poet and bring a poem we have liked of theirs. It will be a safe friendly and encouraging space where we can express and explore our feelings and it is hoped that we will bond as we did in the previous group. Poetry is not highbrow nor should it be feared - there is a potential poet in every human being.
